DizVault ("we", "us") sells SHARP — The Indian Man's Complete Style Guide. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our pages or buy from us, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Details you give us at checkout: your first name, email address and phone number.
- Payment details: payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card, UPI or bank details — Razorpay handles them under its own privacy policy.
- Usage data: basic technical information such as your browser, device, pages visited and how you arrived (for example from an ad), collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
- To process your order and email you the product you bought;
- To provide customer support and handle refund requests;
- To send reminders if you start but don't finish checking out;
- To measure and improve our website and advertising.
Cookies and advertising
We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand which ads lead to visits and purchases, and to show relevant ads. Meta may collect information about your visit under its own data policy. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook/Instagram settings and clear or block cookies in your browser.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the store — our website and checkout platform (FlexiFunnels), our payment processor (Razorpay), email delivery providers and Meta for ad measurement — and where required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed to provide the product, handle support and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you marketing emails, by writing to support@dizvault.com. Every marketing email also includes an unsubscribe link.
Security
We use reputable, encrypted services for checkout and payment. No online service is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
