Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy applies to all purchases of SHARP — The Indian Man's Complete Style Guide and its add-ons, sold by DizVault ("we", "us").

No physical shipping

SHARP is a digital product (PDF guide and printable workbook). Nothing is shipped to a physical address, and no shipping charges apply.

How the product is delivered

Once your payment is confirmed, the download link is sent by email to the address you enter at checkout. You can read it on any phone, tablet or computer.

Delivery timeline

Delivery is usually instant, and in most cases arrives within 5 minutes of payment.
In rare cases (payment gateway or email delays), it can take up to 24 hours.

If you don't receive it

First check your Spam and Promotions folders. If it is still missing after 24 hours, email support@dizvault.com with the email used at checkout and your payment/transaction ID. We will resend it within 48 hours of your message. If we are unable to deliver it, you are eligible for a full refund as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Delivery area

Because delivery is by email, the product is available to buyers anywhere. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
